Maurice has lived in Austin since 1981. After a successful career in the furniture business he retired to pursue his culinary passion. He received his certification in culinary arts from Roux-be cooking school. Then opened Spacecowboy catering and private chef services. The company specializes in small event catering and private chef meals. Staying small allows him to give personal attention to all your needs.

Home spun vanilla bean Icecream topped with our chipotle fig chutney from our wonderful fig tree and our fresh organic mint. Served on top of a chocolate syrup. Thanks to liz my beautiful wife for harvesting the figs and growing the mint!

These are Maurice’s ultimate chocolate chip cookies. Finished with Himalayan sea salt!!!
